I'm here today with details about the city.
The plan is that it will be divided roughly into 4 main districts. They are:
Central Aurora, home to skyscrapers and is very clean and polished working. It will be the height or Auroran Culture. As an analogy it will be somewhat similar to downtown Seattle.
The Commercial District, which surrounds the Central District is composed of mainly shops, restaurants, bars, and other businesses. It has a large mall and the university.
The Residential Sprawl is the most massive district and has many different sub-zones such as The Ghetto, The Western Suburbs, and The Coastal Suburbs. It is dominated by houses with the occasional school or other public buildings. It is akin to a small town in design, except that it stretches on for many hundreds of blocks.
The Industrial District, which is in the far Northeastern Corner of the city, is the smallest, but still retains a distinct flavor from the rest of the city. It is filled with factories and is bordered by The Ghetto.
The Agricultural Outskirts lie beyond the Northwest edge of urban Aurora. It has many farms for food, reeds, and pumpkins as well as pastures for animals. The occasional house can be found and it has mostly dirt paths instead of roads.
City Details:
Aurora in its current design is 1000 blocks long and 600 blocks wide.
The main 19 roads will most likely be 11 blocks wide and lined with tracks for minecrarts.
Much of the city is inside a jungle, meaning ocelots will spawn inside it.
The VIP District will be a gated community within the Coastal Suburbs. It will be open only to Architects of the city. Builders will also have a special area to live in.
