Well, they are from World War II, so, they must be facing western Germany, but... They also fought the Japanese a bit, so, it could go either way.

What do you mean they are from world war 2?!!??! The picture of USSR propaganda is from world war 2, but Japanese picture is from russo Japanese war.... AND YES THEY DID FIGHT THE JAPANESE, but Japan did won the war against empire of Russia.... :evil: MEIJI AND NIPPON BANZAI!!!!

Oddy, I didn't mean all the posters are from World War II, I meant the soldiers in the Soviet poster are from World War II, and the Soviets did end up beating the Japanese, but at first they took heavy losses. Also modern day Japan will never be as powerful as other First World Countries because they don't allow themselves to posses nuclear weapons.
